He looks better than he has his few starts. The first hit was a ball Escobar is capable of fielding.

Granted, he looks somewhat better and only gave up a run. But they'll get to him if his command doesn't improve. Leaving too many pitches up.

if he doesn't pitch well the next two innings, i think they should pull him before his pitch count gets too high and then skip his next start. do something different. i know he says he feels fine, but he has a lot of incentive to lie.
