For the most part it's the inconsistency from game to game that bothers me.  Our starting pitchers look like all-stars one game and their next start they seem average at best.  I'm fairly critical, but that's how it appears to me.  And offensively, we hit the hell out of some great pitchers, and take it in the shorts from others.

i get more disappointed by poor defense than anything.  that's supposed to be this team's identity.

this is not a feel good game.

Letting a .218 hitter blast a 3-2 pitch over center field wall is rather pathetic.

Medlen only had 1 bad inning each of 1st 2 starts. 6 runs vs the worst offense in the AL is another story

I'll never understand Danks dominating KC like he has his entire career. The rest of the division knocks him around pretty bad.

This crap on a night the Blue Jays are losing. Angry.
That takes most of the sting away from this crap show.

There is that, but it would be nice to go up another game on them.

what is the mathematical formula for danks domination of the royals, mocat?  superior arm slot angles?

idk but i'm pretty sure he's 0-2 at the K this year. but he was undefeated in his 10 previous K starts iirc

well for average you just take total hits and divide them by the total number of AB's minus walks, HBP, and sac fly

If this holds, he'll be 10-2 with a <3 era vs KC and 18-39 with 5+ era vs Detroit, Cleveland, and Minnesota.
