A quick look at Ventura tonight...

*With no one on base = 1-11,  he continues to be very good here
*With Runners on base = 1-8, much better.  He helped himself (3 Ks) and got help ( Putout at home, pickoff at 1st, Esky web gem)
*After the error and possible botched DP by Zoby, the bases were loaded and Ventura got a strikeout/ground out to end the inning
* Only downfall was he gave up 6 walks. And 5 of those walks he had a 0-1 or 1-2 count on the hitter
* 104 pitches, 63 strikes

I said it earlier this year, but again these last couple years of Royals is some of the most fun I've ever had rooting for any team. Cats included. This is so fun guys.

It's making summers a lot more fun. I use to have seasonal sports depression.

I mean, I probably can't say I love baseball, but I love Royals baseball.

Royals baseball for so long was a chance to sit down, relax, have a couple beers, now it's must see
