We have a good chance to win it all. I feel strongly about it going 7. I just hope we can score a lot of runs and rest our best 5 bullpen guys. Then have a crazy ass 7th game.

Ace Ventura is going to need to bring his A game to shut down these bats.  I still think we have a really good chance to win game 6.

i'd put the chances at 40%'isn.  i mean they're hitting everyone we put in, even HDH.

They didn't hit Shields tonight, Guthrie the other night, Holland at all, or really much with Ventura. We're going to win in 7,

I absolutely like our chances to win Ventura/Peavey and Guthrie/Hudson, with a DH in the lineup, at our ballpark with our home fans. I am thrilled to have a World Series Game 6 at the K on Tuesday.

I would expect Perez and Hosmer to be studs on Tuesday. We will win.

Also I've spent plenty of time complaining about Ned, but his moves did not matter even a little tonight. That guy was going to shut us down.

us winning games 6 and 7 are far from a given and if someone put a gun to my head i would probably pick the giants b/c i'm not putting my life in the hands of our offense.

Not a given at all, and I won't be surprised if the Giants win. However without us having to face Bumgarner, I'm optimistic. With the gun to the head, I'd probably pick the Giants too just because they need 1 win and we need 2.

Not only will we have the DH back, but Ned can go back to the standard lineup we've used for weeks. Our guys will be back in the slots in the batting order they're used to and which seem to fit this team best.

Dyson is completely lost at the plate, and the defensive downgrade is worth the possibility of aoki getting on base.

Also, Dyson's D cost us a run tonight. It was unusual for him to bobble the ball like that, but that was bad

You serious?  He was scoring regardless.  Dyson is actually 2-8 in the series and Aoki doesn't have a hit.

Panda froze. If Dyson comes up clean he stays at 3rd. I'll take the larger sample size of the entire season when judging Aoki vs. Dyson offensively too. I'm fine either way honestly, but prefer Aoki at this point with Dyson in late as PR/Defensive replacement

tonight sucked, in the grand scheme of things we won games 2 and 3 with the same starters.  the way the home field playoff structure is, this is the way it was supposed to come back to KC anyway, we just swapped games at each others park.  bum is just a stud and is 4-0 with a 0.2 something era in the WS in 5 games, Salvy's HR is the lone run he has given up in the WS.  i like our chances back at home to take this thing.

You guys, 8 of the last 10 times that a team has come back home down 3-2 in the World Series, that team has won.

Take 4 of 5 against the Giants w/ 2-game Bumgarner handicap. Same as it ever was.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Yep. And I don't think there was much he could've done in the much more winnable game on Saturday. His pitchers failed him, but that's baseball.

San Fran had the magic the last two nights. The Royals hit some hard balls, but constantly at people. Our time will come again at the K, I'm still confident we can do this.
