rooting for a seattle win here and tomorrow, i assume?  so that either the mariners or athletics would have to burn through their best available pitchers before getting to the wc game?

just checked, and yeah, that would be great.  no lester, no king felix, no gray, no iwakuma, no wilson.  pretty much just scrubs.

mariners finally get the win.

assuming all relevant games tomorrow have a .5 win probability, there's a 50% chance of something better than a wc game v. lester.  better than nothing.

Amazing. A's lost and the M's won. We lost and the Tigers lost. The uncertainty continues. The good thing is we're in the playoffs. Just don't know yet in what spot.

Yes, 100% agree. The act like you've been there before fun hating don't tear down the goalpost losers can get out of my face
Anybody who "act like you've been there before"s this is the last person I would ever want to hang out with

I need a pep talk. A friend dropped off three Royals tickets for me today, but I'm really really hungover and my friends all are working or at weddings it seems. I can't miss this game, but I can't leave this bed

These dorks built a statue for a guy who was a good (not great) player, and people are lining up to take pictures with it.
