Thank goodness this Soria loser doesn't play in KC anymore.

lbbiq here, why wouldn't herrera pitch the 9th too?

it's just the way they do things now.  good relievers only pitch one inning at a time.

That helps. Although, Esky should have put that rough rider in the seats. Like, WAY out.

HDH > HD is all I'm getting at. HDH makes is a 6 inning game.

Yes. I hope he gets back soon and isn't seriously hurt. And Duffy too.

cabrera looks like someone that would be annoying to play against but would be fun on your own team

Davis is better, and these hard throwing relievers need to be max effort. If players like Davis/Herrera go multiple innings they lose velocity.

He's been known to play games drunk. Like "I partied way too hard last night so I'm still at a 3.5 for this noon game" drunk.

well, that seems lovable at a non-professional level and still pretty lovable as one of the few baseball players I've heard of

do relievers ever get thrown into the mix as main pitcher dudes when crap hits the fan?

To me, Shields bookend starts on this roadtrip will define his time as a Royal. We need to win those 2 games, and then 1 more against Detroit.

His time in KC is a success

Yes, and the next 7 games are against a pair of teams that have won less than 1/3 of their games over the last month.

davis being the best reliever in baseball instead of the worst starter in baseball helps a lot too.
