Hilarious that Texas might not make a bowl game and still keep Nebraska out of the National Championship. It is pretty crazy how Texas year end and year out has top 5 recruiting classes and they are 4-5 this season. Anyone know when the last time Texas didn't make a bowl game was? Would love to take over Texas A n M spot as Texas's 2nd rival, hope that happens with us beating them every year and chanting we own Texas.

Hey I have to admit it is fun to watch when we are good.  (Not so much when we suck like last year.)  For me, football and men's basketball are things you watch even if the team is down, but women's hoops is a lot easier to lose interest in when the team is down.

All I'm saying is that Kendra Wecker was lots of fun to watch.  Never followed the team before that and never even went to a game when I was a student, but in the '01-'02 season after a down year of football and our men's team near the bottom of the conference, it was cool to see the women soar into the rankings and crack the top 10.  Then the '02-'03 season to see them spend almost the entire year in the top 5 was awesome.  Too bad that some K-Staters apparently are not able to enjoy things like that.
