The Station Agent and The Visitor. Both came out last year, I think but both are excellent. The Visitor is on Watch Instantly.

Coupling (UK version).  First two seasons are the best.  Third is okay.

It's available to stream.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

so far so good, I think I just was way too hyped for it that it couldn't meet my super high expectations.

Yep, watched both last night, and left both of them going "good, not great"

Same. First one was better though. Better crowd and better jokes.

The kind of pathetic fat guy who dates Birdie (the Australian) is great too.

But Rust and Jacobs are just tops.  Their work on Comedy Bang Bang is always one of the top episodes of the year for me.

I watched The Salvation the other day, thought it was pretty decent. A revenge western, so not some movie that changes the way you look at movies like eternal sunshine or requiem for  a dream (for me anyway). But those movies only come a long 1-2 times a decade.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

documentary The Overnighters.  certainly adds an interesting twist at the end (not terribly unforeseeable tho)
