He had 10 yards of open endzone behind him.  Put the ball ANYWHERE in there and let the wind drop it.

WGAF!  The guy throwing the ball had no idea what he was doing.  Rhodes mumped his whole school by putting the game in the hands of someone who had no idea what to do about it.  Rhodes should be fired.

Horrible call to ask the holder to make the throw in that situation, in the face of that wind.  Without the wind, maybe.  With it, terrible, terrible call.

So, the better play would be to rely on your shitty kicker going into the wind?  A guy who had a chance to win the game for them earlier, but blew it.  Yeah, that makes sense.

Sort of like completing a 5 yard pass to a wide open dude.  You'd think it would be money.

The wind didn't seem to stop Arnaud (not a good passer) from completing 65% of his passes for 200 yards and 3 TD's.  But hey, maybe you should start a thread about fighting Daniel Kuehl?  I bet you'll feel better.

they played to win the game....sometimes you win, others you don't.....like Michael Bishop and the heavily favored Wildcats in the Big 12 title game against A&M  ;)

It's a good thing I am not in Ames, IA today, if I were, I would be hunting down Paul Rhodes and kicking him right in the ball sack.

Really Paul . . . Really??  You're going to get the ball 2nd in the next OT period, and you call that absolutely CAC fake??

You are an amazing dumbass . . . if you're going to "play to win" then just put your regular offense out there and go for 2, but don't put the game into the hands of some honky none athletic douche.
