They also need to lead more derogatory organized chants directed at opposing players/coaches/teams orchestrated through social media outlets and small photocopied strips of paper distributed to the student section prior to each home game.  If you're going to be down there all front and center and up in our faces then at least be useful.

Here's the deal on the front row.
1st - the fat friend of the blazer boy is the kid that is giving free hugs in bosco plaza during the day.  There is nothing EMAW about that.  To me that is acting like a jayhawk.
2nd - most front row guys and gals have no idea what is going on during the game, there main reason to come is to socialize with friends.  Yes they are loud but so are the real EMAW fans like me who set in rows 2 - 6 because we don't feel like waiting for 6 hours just to watch the cats crush washburn. (not to mention the front row has no foot room and the second row is up an extra 5 inches because the 1st row doesn't stand on bleachers)
3rd - the best way to describe this years front rowers is like this, they are the fans who no matter what school they are at, they are going to cheer on that team and go all out doing it.  This is not a bad thing but these guys are not true EMAW's.  They weren't there with Asbury or Woolridge.  They would have nothing to do with those teams if they were in college at that time.  They do not love Kansas State University like most of us do.
4th - they are just experiencing K-State sports for the 1st time, that is why they feel the need to dress up in crazing costumes for every game.  Most of us did this when are parents took us to the games when we were kids.  Our costumes days are over. (even for me, a current sophomore who has been a student season ticket holder since my junior year of high school)
So i ask you front row guys, be loud be purple, just don't be annoying little brats.
Lets go cheer on the Cats.

The front row tonight just proves that K-stateo has infiltrated the bball program.

It's always been this way.  Always.  Front row at football and basketball was always dork-ville USA, population: K-Stateo.  The ref shirt guys (there were like 8) were always there during the Wooly years, probably the most K-Stateo thing in the OOD history.  True elites don't get there early enough for front row.

I saw a few of those ref shirt guys at a party a few years ago.  I remember telling one of them they were my heroes.

RTB is right, i wouldn't mind the front rowers so much if they weren't so happy and glad to see a basketball game.  When you go into the OOD you gotta get pissed, get angry, you should be so mad at the other team just for walking on our floor.  You can't even be happy during time outs or halftime, you have to keep your composure all the way thru the game just like Frank.  GET ANGRY FRONT ROW!!!
