On the bright side, recruiting basketball depth/talent is not as complicated as football, so there can be down years where teams go to the NIT and then be NC contenders again with a great recruit or two.  Depth is probably what seperates the haves and have nots.  We shall see.  I say seriously 5 or 6 as long as we can find another player like Jacob

They've make the tourny in 1/3 of their seasons since 1990.  Not bad, we have something to shoot for I guess.

Maryland. Only missed 3 years since '94. And Williams never recruits elite players. Always sub par recruiting. Wont even look at a possible one and done.

As you know, Chings proved that the ku orange bowl year was a statistical anomoly.  Are you suggesting that last year's mbb season for ksu was as well?  It wasn't (math and stuff), but is that your argument?
