very odd.  his accent is odd too.  thought he was born in florida.



he mentions plans to come to kstate this summer on march 2nd (fb) though, so i'm not sure what to make of the interview.

might explain our interest in Shawshank and frank's desire to look past wally being a b*tch.

Diaz never said he was undecided. The host said it each time. Further the host said Diaz was undecided and then asked a question that had nothing to do with where Diaz is going to school.  Diaz answered the questions.
Diaz seemed nervous. I wonder if he has some language barriers, also. Hopefully this was just miscommunication.

anything is possible re. diaz not qualifying, etc.  re. judge, rumors seem to indicate that judge may desire to look past martin being an bad person, but i haven't seen anything yet that indicates martin desires to look past judge being a bitch.


all of these are fun, but imo, the most interesting recruiting mystery of the weekend is still smith visiting while martin & the students are gone.

Unless we released him from his LOI, or he never signed one to begin with (but the KSU SID put out a statement that he did), I'm guessing he's confused, or the guy doing the interview had no idea what he was talking about, and Diaz really didn't know how to answer the question.  He didn't look very comfortable doing the interview, so he may have just wanted to coast through it.

I'm not really that concerned about it.

Watching the broadcast of the Seward-Coffeyville Region VI Championship game.  Jones looks okay but hasn't really done anything impressive.  Jumps really high on his 3s.  Didn't pick up a foul until there was like 22 seconds left.  Coffeyville has a chick on their dance squad that looks to weigh about 250.  Really ugly overall play.

I'd venture to guess that about 50% are comparisons to Clemente, and that's without going over to GPC.

from what I heard, made it sound like his mom wants him close to home and that will drive his commitment, but he's decommitted again.  another reason for frank to leave?  also that we might not have interest...which is f'ing stupid if that's the case.

i've assumed that kstate would stop recruiting him from the minute he left acd.  cassidy confirming that this rumored trip doesn't indicate continued recruitment makes sense.
