Lol. Very true. Also not sure why he is so confident in Martin staying that long. He must have missed the fact that we are K-State.

The hippest, best looking and generally coolest folks in KC have always favored KSU.  Down south where the crappy McMansions that are worth half what they were paid for, where there is a sonic on every corner and there are no trees over 5', that's ku territory.

Plaza/Mission Hills/midtown/Westport/downtown is Cat Country.  Older model classics that are kept up, Indian and Victory motorcycles, trendy condos or 100 year old mansions with secret rooms is where you will see the most purple.

Now the Pitch is just recognizing what we all knew.
