Not even long enough for me to have any idea where the hell it is/was, and I come back to Manhattan usually about once every 4 months.

Ale House is a couple doors down from Rock a Belly. It was open for at least 2 years but before that it was Tanks. The same guy has owned all of them. He must have real confidence or insecurity issues since he keeps building and tearing down bars.

What are you talking about? What does opening Chuggers accomplish?

IDK, but maybe it will attract fewer Jugallos than Lucky's, which wouldn't be very hard at all.

If Chuggers has similar deals on Beer as Shot Stop (1.50 domestic bottles) and Bomb Bar (2.00 pounders, i think), then I could definitely spend some time there.

Luckys was stupid. NO beers on tap. Basically just gutted Ale House. It was like an 18 and up skating rink with no skates.

I beginning to believe the hard to believe rumor that Alehouse guy is constantly opening and closing his bars for tax break purposes. I mean really, it's comical now how many times he's "failed" and reopened the same crap over and over.

pffft. good to hear that they could close this failed business to open up a new business just in time for fake patricks. goEMAW should really just open up a place.
