Yep that's the thing, unfortunately I'll be with a group of 5 co workers and I don't know what my car situation will be, otherwise it would be a hell'uva mid week pak

not sure, haven't really heard a peep on it since they announced last fall. don't think they've even broken ground yet (they don't want endless salina ufc money that badly i guess)

ah ok - let me know if you find out more and/or can sneak in a pak. there's a newish microbrewery downtown that would probably fit the bill for a YPN-type crowd

Salina's not that bad. I could easily be happy living there for quite some time. A lot of that has to do with growing up in pop. 2000 rural ks, but I could enjoy most any place really. The only place I'd vehemently oppose is the far out suburbs, exburbs or whatever they're called (and any generally crime ridden and poverty stricken areas).

the trailer park on n 13th that backs up to dry creek is definitely the worst place in salina

I'm gonna be honest. I didn't know Salina had a river. I assumed Salina was just like, a bunch of fields and a few pizza huts and maybe a DQ and a Casey's and a super wal mart.
