Somebodies going on their first date dash!   :D :pbj:

lol, no.  It's a bachelor party but I've never done the jacket and jeans thing and I don't want to look like an idiot.

don't let some stripper get glitter and pussy juice all over your jacket.  it looks like a nice jacket.

Damn, SD was right, you do have a lot of good advice!  But no plans to go to strip club, however with the crew I'm rollin with, I can definitely see us getting drunk and deciding on that.

never really worn a jacket with jeans, but wouldn't it look better unbuttoned?  jeans too baggy, jackets too big.

i always thought it looked better with your main shirt not being a button-up.  like a v-neck or graphic tee.  looks more sharp.

it doesn't look right because your jacket and shirt say "i'm going to my graduation" and your jeans say "i'm going to sirloin stockade".  to break it up, make your top half less "dressy" (plaid shirt, perhaps) and make your jeans more dressy (dark denim, with some GOD DAMN break to them).

What does this mean?? ldiq

hopefully i shouldn't have to explain what dark denim is, but this link should give you all you need to know about "break".  maybe it was just the angle, or the presence of the weird fabric bunch at the knees, but his break looked too high in the picture.

solution: khakis.

or, if you're insistent on jeans, make it something more like this...

and less clunky shoes would help...boat shoes/loafers would be ideal.

khakis?  it's a bachelor party, not a First Communion.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Jeans are too light, and way too baggy.  Get some dark levi's that fit around your waist, nothing loose fit.  And go with brown loafers.

And just in case you're a complete tard, make sure the shoes and belt match.

Definitely no khakis. Do not be Nard Dog from the Office. Go for the House look. You don't look bad, but your jacket is a bit on the big side. Definitely unbutton it.

Oh, update.  Wore almost that exact thing.  Except no undershirt, unbuttoned jacket.  Night went well.  Won quite a bit of money at the casino, did not attend a strip club,  did get laid.

I wear a blazer with jeans constantly.  Have never tried it with a suit jacket though.  What does your jacket look like?

I was checking to see how it looked.  Something doesn't look right to me.

Just wanted to point out that the most style you do have, is the way you hold that phone.

Just when I thought the conversations couldn't get any better...
"How will I recruit to Manhattan? Well, distance. And the proud state of basketball. It start there, and then daily flights to Dallas, because I'm really good at going out. Like top five good. Ask my wife. She wants me to be happy."
