I love that their flukey 07 year inflated them into thinking they were in a place that they weren't.  It's making it that more painful.

Can't believe they're still leaning on the "Mangino abused his players" line. Show me a college football program that doesn't include components that your typical KU fan would label "abuse" and I'll show you a loser program.

Good example: Turner Gill's KU program.

I thought Beems (and other KU validators) was always gushing about how great the KU recruiting classes were the last few years.  Now we read the team has little talent, speed or ability?   :dunno:

This has been one of the most confusing things about ku this year.  Ben swore they were loaded.  On the line, skill positions, everywhere.
