ATO was dry when I was @ KSU, around 2000. Most houses still allow drinking, but not parties. Basically, if the house has had any decent improvements made to the shelterin the last dozen years or so, the insurance companies specify that drinking will not be allowed on the property, so no parties. You can still pop open a few beers though...Least that's how my house is and the houses of the buddies of mine that I still talk to from college.
