MHS P.E. Dept. has the highest bid so far.

The NFL guys talk about how colleges don't use a FB anymore with their spread offenses, so they have to convert FBs from other positions.  Lucky for Braden...unless he gets passed over for a TE

Do NFL teams use fullbacks anymore?

Yeah, every team has at least one on the roster.  But hardly any actually get drafted, last year only one was drafted and another 5 or so were signed as free agents.  Your best chance is to be a RB/FB/HB like Jacob Hestor or a RB/FB/KR like Rock Cartwright.   You're not going to make an NFL roster if you're just a straight-up FB, you have to excel at something else as well.

If Wilson were so badass he'd play on defense too like the studs in Lawrence.

This whole thread is very  :opcat: and  :powerespect: on JTKSU's part.  I know a lot of thick squatty white dudes that JT would  :jerk: to all night long.  You want me to send you some pics JT?

Dude is 6'3".   Not sure how that is squatty.  There is a sizable difference between that and your group of pasty, roly-poly buddies.

This thread has lots of dumb.  Anyone that knows anything about D-1 knows that guys that take the h.s./snyds "get a bit better everyday" and "go hard or go home" are on the same field as most of the actual athletes that in most contact drills take a "practice, we're talking about practice."  Every year some moron gets geeked because the moron 12th string lb/te that won't ever play a down lit up someone worth a cra on a crackback or in an oklahoma drill or some such nonsense.

Braden is a tool until proven otherwise, his usefulness as a fb is irrelevant.  Injuring your own teammate never gets you cool points unless it is some walk-on that got injured by a good player (then it is ok to "blow off steam" etc.)

Sounds like Harold was being a tool and was putting his hands into someones facemask.   Probably trying to gouge their eyes out or something.  Normaly I would condone this kind of behavior but hurting your hand in the process is unacceptable.

Also, why does everyone assume Wilson "blew him up" and broke his hand?  Wouldn't be surprised if Wilson just stomped on it after the play, or bit him or something.  That seems more like something this guy Braden Wilson would do.

I heard this from someone at the practice.

Harold wouldn't shut his mouth so Wilson did something about it.

I'm not on any sides here, but anyone that says Wilson is a tool is an idiot.  He was a piece of DT's success last year, Harold was the one having "issues" all year and wouldn't play. Yeah I'm pissed Harold got hurt, but it is what it is.  He's fine and he'll play.

Absolutely agree, even more so when you consider that Braden was likely blocking for  Daniel Thomas.  Rather than risk injury to anyone he should have just whiffed and let Harold have a free shot at the best player on the team.   :jerk: :jerk:

B. Wilson has done more for this team in one season than B. Harold has his entire time here. Anyone who says otherwise is living in denial. Harold has been a bust plain and simple. Either injured or quitting

WTF is happening to this place?

Someone left the Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) door open and people like "jtksu" walked in.

I'm about to start a new rebel site and dare SD to sue the crap out of me.

EDIT:  B. Wilson is horrible.

Sounds like Braden is the Wes Welker of full backs.

But enough kidding, while Braden's efforts are appreciated, I think we are going a bit overboard on his accomplishments to date.
