Tried the Louis jadot Beaujolais Villages 2011 tonight, mostly because I knew the gf would probably enjoy gamay. Enjoyed it. Would buy again, especially at $10 a bottle.

Yeah.  That stuff is great.  Super easy to drink

Drinking a Mondavi Chardonnay.  Like it better than Kendall Jackson.  It'll do.

i've been pretty much drinking nothing but some cheap burgundy, reds and cremants.  i think it's maybe a trader joe's private label.  not sure.

blason de bourgogne.  runs like $7-11.

looks like it's not a tj private label, but most of their stuff is sent to the uk.  tj only has the pinot noir and the cremants.  maybe a white too, don't know.

at any rate, it's a good value.  wish more of their varieties were available here.

yeah. either you like it or you don't. not my taste. I'm not a huge fan of whites in general but if I'm going to drink them I prefer crisp, dry, steel-aged whites.

cheap european.  most anything low alcohol %, not fruity, not extracted, a little vinegary.

Definitely picking up a bottle of wine to smash tonight after crushing weights at the gym. Recommendos? Needs to be red, under $15, and available at Tipsy's Liquor in Mission.
