Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Does the clock in playoff OT mean anything at all?
Yes. Teams switch directions if the game is still tied after each quarter. This can be especially important in outdoor stadiums. It also provides for stoppages in play for rest, including (I assume) an abbreviated half-time if necessary.

what if the chiefs kicked a field goal and tied it up, then neither team scored in the 2nd quarter of OT.  would they drag usher's ass back out on the field for a 2nd half time show?  get Swift to sing from her suite?

We demolished them physically.  They had guys limping off all night.

Probably Andy's first team ever that is capable of just mauling others into submission.

Local news said CBS reaped additional $60m in ad revenue during OT.  Ad execs on the phone getting companies on board to run their ads again.

My understanding is that an additional half would start after a two-minute break. The team team that did not choose first at the beginning of OT (possess the ball or direction) would get to choose at the beginning of the third OT period. There would be a kickoff to start it like there would be at the beginning of a regulation half.

Not really, no. Again, this is a new rule. As Romo correctly explained as to why the Chiefs weren't calling their TOs, think of it like the end of the first quarter. Chiefs apparently installed their strategy in relation to new playoff OT rules during training camp. The 49ers apparently never addressed it as a team. There's a Tweet with primary sources explaining this, but I'm too lazy to dig it up. Unless you ask really nicely.

In an outdoor stadium with wind it matters

I thought about coming back for the parade but guys, seeing the ksu fighting wildcats beat the hawks in person AND enjoying the Super Bowl in Vegas I am tired. So I’ll just be streaming the parade tomorrow.

This is understandable. And I'm more even going to give you crap for "going to the Super Bowl"

I never said I was going, I said I would be in Vegas. I was content being 1000 feet away, having $30 drinks and actually seeing the game. Opposed to $7k just to watch from so far away I couldn’t see anything and $40 a drink.

I don’t have the final tally(I really don’t care) but my flights and hotel just themselves were $2500. I lost $500-700 on the tables. Food and drinks…ehh probably $500 at least. Airport food and drink before and going ~$300 probably. Transportation and parking ~$150.

So just north of $4k probably total for this spur of the moment trip. I’m ok with that. The experience was worth it. I love Vegas. It was my third trip since June.

So for less than what I would have paid for the nosebleed of nosebleeds. I feel like I had a good budget trip.
