GB was by far the better team last night. lefleur generally had a great gameplan with lots of lateral movement and easy throws for Love. love was as dialed as i've seen a QB vs the chiefs this year. his wtf throws were very few and far between (the lofty deep ball into triple coverage, and the slant ball that was well behind both receiver and defender come to mind), and the chiefs did not make him pay for the few mistakes he did make. I wouldn't even say the defense played poorly, but they were certainly out-executed.
the chiefs offense was the chiefs offense. nobody on that side of the ball scares a defense. rice, pacheco, and kelce are the only viable options to receive touches. mahomes is mahomes, pacheco is pacheco, kelce is trending down. and although rice is trending up, it's very unlikely that he can singlehandedly change how defenses play KC enough to matter for everyone else to improve.
kc will need their opponents to screw up a lot more than GB did if they want to advance in the playoffs. luckily most of the time, their opponents will screw up and leave the door open for mahomes to do some witchy sh*t and pull out a W
