I was so excited when we were up 28 on the Colts last year in Indy. After 20 years, I was about to watch the Chiefs, my Chiefs, win a playoff game. Then, they just ripped my heart out. I can't invest in the Chiefs emotionally anymore. I watched the game, and was glad they won for the city, but felt no personal joy in it. I was glad for Jamaal and Tamba especially, 2 of my favorite all time Chiefs, to play well on national TV. The crowd and the stadium looked great, (let's go Royals chant ), and its really cool being sports Mecca for a few days. That being said, I'm not quite ready to trust them with my heart and emotions yet. Happy for the Chiefs and KC tho. Fun night.

jamaal was so beautiful last night. he's the greatest runner in the game. kelce may actually have more ability than graham and gronk. he's ridiculous. those two guys make this offense dangerous

Sportscenter was a real treat. Nice to see ESPN focus on a real sports town

It is pretty embarrassing, though. Calling yourselves the Chiefs is bad enough, but the chop and the chant are just terrible.

Oh good grief...

Pretty mumped up that the current NFL unsportsmanlike conduct rules prevent Abdullah from practicing his religion after a score.

He slide into it, hence the penalty. Prayer should be banned from TD celebrations anyway.

He slid into it, because he was going down to his knees to pray, he wasn't sliding for the hell of it. I think that should probably be taken into consideration. Also, why should prayer be banned from TD celebrations? I'll hang up and listen off the air to whatever completely asinine reasoning you come up with.
He doesn't like god or think he exists. Nothing to see here really.

I'm happy the Chiefs won because these types of things generally have momentum, so I see it as a good sign for our KC Royals.

i don't want to harsh your buzz, but right now at this point in time, out of the two teams it's the Chiefs that you don't trust?

He became the standard for Smith comparisons by replacing him
