Several things. The old gravel parking lot would flood whenever it rained due to no drainage, as well as it got muddy everytime, and looked like crap as well. The new paved lot will fix all of those problems, plus look very sweet and elite. Eventually (possibly 2 years) they may charge to park as well, and that would have been extremly hard to do with the old lot.

Any idea what kind of landscaping we're going to see inside those dividers? Some shade trees would be nice to park under and would also help offset the increased consumption of jet fuel from all the direct flights these days.

Actually in each divider they are putting a statue of each member of the 2010-11 basketball team in honor of the National Championship. The plans look sick.

Thanks for the advice, brah. Will do. Just wondering if you were referring to Dr. Peloquin b/c I never met him but seems like an awesome guy from stuff I've heard. (he is the anesthesiologist/pain medicine specialist in MHK).

I am referring to a hot-shot 1st year intern at the university of texas-dallas medical center.
