Injury update

Thomas and safety Tysyn Hartman both said they are fully healthy after battling injuries last season.

"(Last year) I had to take pain pills just to play," said Thomas, who nursed a separated shoulder. "Now it's completely healed."

Hartman, who suffered a knee injury in K-State's season finale, said he's back at full speed with five pounds of new muscle.

To be honest 5lbs of muscle to a safeties isn't bad.
