So, how long until the whole Big 12 sched. is released?   And, odds that our @KU game is gameday?

I doubt our game in Lawrence will be on gameday. Gameday was in Lawrence for the KSU-KU game in '08.

This schedule is the mother of all schedules.  This is Drago in Moscow, the battle of Gettysburg, Joey Chestnut defending his title on the 4th, Lance in the Pyrennes and a random brawl in the parking lot of Gumby's all rolled into one.  It is not too early to start getting ready.

It's Valentine's Day, but don't expect any pleasantries to be exchanged in this Sunflower State Showdown. Yeah, yeah, outsiders will sneer and say the Jayhawks have won 41 of the last 42 meetings. But since the arrival of Frank Martin in Manhattan, the Wildcats have made the Jayhawks earn their victories. The final scores don't indicate the ferocity of the play and this national showcase in KSU's Octagon of Doom should be no different.

Jake just got to the airport, he's headin to Vegas for the US Select Team.  I told him about the Big Monday games, he hadn't heard yet, was pretty stoked about it.  He was really thrilled about the home games, talked briefly about the US select team, and the rest of his camps, wished him luck.

The key is to find things to occupy your time/interest until then.  Such as scouring surplus auctions for buses and concocting schemes to rehab them in Rick Daris' beautiful Manhattan home's garage.  Things like that.
