Oh man. Wtf is this crap fellas?
I roll out the red fracking carpet and Pete somehow gets to be pat Bosco. Fts. I demand Bosco. Pete is more of an Amy button renz anyway. Let's make this right fellas. No hard feelings. Deal?
It's out there Rick. There's no Pat Bosco take-backs. My advice to you is to look to the administration of the College of Arts & Sciences for your comparos going forward.
I want to be Yar Ebadi. Badass. Crawled out of Afghanistan to freedom on his hands and knees.
SON OF A frackING BITCH I WANTED TO BE YAR.
this freaking sucks. well, I guess I'm going to be Brian Kovar then
Careful there.....I saw Travis Wilson snap and come real close to throwing down on Brian Kovar in the middle of a class.
Brian Kovar is the only professor I ever had that I think I truly hated. Like down to my very core. Just bad, bad human being who was obviously born without any semblance of a sense of humor and a heart of stone.
It didn't help that he apparently thought that he was teaching a Harvard MBA class. The amount of work we had to do for a 300-level BUSINESS class was fracking criminal. When you're spending more time each night on your Management 366 class than you are on Calc and Finance COMBINED, something is seriously not right.
The worst part is how smug he was about it, like "I know all of you are required to take this class and thought it would be a nice break in between your hard classes, so I'm gonna teach you a lesson by assigning 10 hour projects every week and making you memorize computer lingo from the 1980's."
He started sending me so many emails every day that I actually started feeling kind of bad for him. But not for long. The beautiful people in the EMAW School of Business deserve better.
Hey Brian Kovar, SUCK IT
The most amazing part about having Bill Boarth for 366 was the fact that he knew you didn't care, and he didn't either.
One of our lab assignments was to make a simple web page in HTML. I went in there and finished it in less than 10 minutes. I submitted it, and as I was walking out, he was convinced I didn't do it. So we walked back to the computer, I fired up the site, and he said, "Oh. Okay. You can go." He had no idea how beneath us his curriculum was.
Don't you just love teachers like that? The ones that know they are teaching a bullshit class about stuff you'll never need to know and that you are going to purposely forget all the material the second it's over, and they just don't care anymore.
I heard how easy Borth was but of course his classes were all full so I figured what the hell Kovar can't be as bad as everyone says.
I would usually be one of the first people done with my lab and it would still take me right up to the full class period or more every time. When you were done you were supposed to raise your hand and he would come over and grade it over your shoulder right then and there marking every little thing off and probably having the time of his life.
My html project took me 12 hours. He said the average was 16. Of that 12 hours, it took me about 10 minutes to learn basic html, and the rest of the time to learn how much I hated Brian Kovar. We had two other projects that took even longer.
The guy apparently hated trees too, because he'd require 20 or so printouts with every assignment.
Any current students on here, you've been warned.
