I don't know how old this song is, but it's great and it features a great sample of lissie covering kid cudi.

I went to Natural Child in SF last night. It was a weird bill because their booking agent also had a goth tour coming through town whose gig feel through and they just combined the shows. I was glad Natural Child played before the last two goth bands so I could leave. The first goth band was pretty brutal. Cool Ghouls is my favorite new SF band and were very good. So was Natural Child. they're so much fun, you should go see them if they ever come to your town.

I think Bruno Mars is the modern day Prince.

This guy just keeps proving my point.

Not sure what this has to do with music, but anything with Norm and Super Dave gets a pass from me.

Hey, Cayucas, I liked you better when you were called Vampire Weekend. Actually I liked you about equally. Which is not very much but don't hate you.

I wanted to go but it sold out a long time ago. Guess I'll have to settle for seeing them at Bonnaroo, oh darn.

I may like them more! :ksu:

I went to Mac DeMarco last night. He was OK. His voice is the highlight of his albums for me, and he just can't carry it through a show. But he had a good band and had this great/hilarious medley of covers at the end. He played like, enter Sandman, Back in Black, and George Michael. It was the best part.

for whatever reason i picture seeing Mac DeMarco in an old bowling alley as the perfect setting.

I agree. All the songs were way sped up and kids were trying to make moshing happen. I'd rather he take his time and croon.

whoa. that is really weird. definitely think of him as more a lounge act than anything. the covers sound pretty hilarious though.

he like changed the lyrics into nonsense, too. And he sang Back in Black in probably his most lounge-y voice of the night.
