also, unlike raccoons, you can't really domesticate them very well. at least my family couldn't.

Possums are nocturnal. Why are they out during the day? Rabies?

these are possum-hai cross breeds

The strongest possums are daywalkers.

Possum's brains are 1/5th the size of raccoons according to wikipedia.

There is a fox family in our neighborhood this spring. They have no fewer than six kits. They now seem totally unafraid of humans or my dog. They spray and dig in my landscape so I'm trying to use vinegar to keep them out of my lawn. This is one of the adults:

Leave out a supply of pet food for them. Their urine seems to be killing some of the landscape. I can still walk down the street to enjoy viewing them. The kits are really cute.

getting some water on that lawn to dilute the fox urine should do the trick.  might get the foxes to come around more frequently to refresh as well.

That fox is absolutely adorable.  I love foxes.  Remember the time I met this little fox in Colorado?

The part where he holds it up in the air like Simba makes me think its fake. No way that cat is not clawing you to death while you hold it in your outstretched arms for 5 seconds.

According to sources I have not verified, he did indeed end up killing the (bob)cat, and it tested positive for rabies.
