i haven’t bought a carbon steel yet, how was the learning curve?
the steak looks great, where’d you get it?
I got one for Christmas a few years ago
I really only use it for searing steak/pork chops/roasts etc.
Cleaning is easy, you can use soap and water, have to hand dry. I haven’t had a need to re-season it but that’s very easy too.
heavy af but not like cast iron.
You could absolutely cook eggs in it or whatever. It’s very non stick
This was about 100$
Steak was from Fareway market. 2.5 pound ribeye chop.
