Is that a fork or a chopstick or something poking out the bottom of the steak?

I got one for Christmas a few years ago

I really only use it for searing steak/pork chops/roasts etc.

Cleaning is easy, you can use soap and water, have to hand dry. I haven’t had a need to re-season it but that’s very easy too.

heavy af but not like cast iron.

You could absolutely cook eggs in it or whatever. It’s very non stick

This was about 100$

Steak was from Fareway market. 2.5 pound ribeye chop.

Taking this opportunity to drop into the thread and say that I made a horseradish sauce for the Easter roast beef today that was really good.

Share please. I’ve been doing tenderloin for Christmas and always love a good horseradish sauce to go along.

Share please. I’ve been doing tenderloin for Christmas and always love a good horseradish sauce to go along.

1 cup sour cream
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP milk
2 TBSP prepared horseradish
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Disclaimer: I haven't made a lot of horseradish sauces and I love almost any horseradish so you might want to test it out before using for Christmas dinner.
