My GPA is hovering just around the 3.0 range, which I guess isn't all that horrible.

I'm normally pretty dec. at standardized tests and I've actually been studying for the GRE. So I don't think a good score will be too hard.

I'll be applying to the school of music.  :gocho:

If I meet all requirements is it likely that I'll get in or no?

I have heard that a good performance on the flesh flute, during the intro interview, will get you into pretty much any music prog.

Good luck.

For half the money and half the time, I'll instruct you on various topics and at the conclusion you'll have just as good (if not better) long-term earning potential as would have received with your graduate degree from the "school of music."

Think about it.  Make the right move here.

It's a music tech degree. Not really music music. Recording/mastering etc both for music and for tv/movies/video games.

So yeah.  Basically the next Dr Dre :gocho:

alright...it's only taken us a day and a half to get to the very first question that was asked of you in this thread. now we need to know-what year are you and what schools are you planning on applying to? how many applicants do they typically get and how many do they typically accept? you can ask them and they will tell you if the info isn't readily available on the internet. have you asked the professors who will be in charge of deciding whether you will get in or not, whether you will get in or not? answer these now and we'll go from there.
