MIR i mean no disrespect, but if they played that song (or any ASIA song for that matter) right before the cats came out of the tunnel I don't know how i would be feeling but it certainly would not get me into any sort of excited frenzy. I'm trying to think of what sort of clip montage you could set to that song and i'm only able to imagine it would be clips of the team high fiving each other after a good play.

I mean neither song was played with a montage, they were both songs for the sickos who went into the stadium early. If you went in 90 minutes early, you were elite and got Days Like These. If you went in 45 minutes early, you were a commoner and got Right Now.

Side note, I feel like hardly anyone goes in crazy early anymore like we did during the DOD. Even the student section doesn't fill up until after kickoff. The good ol days, if you didn't come to the student section early, you had to stand in that grass corner with the randos and the Ft. Riley guys shooting that cannon over your damn head on Ft. Riley Day and Band Day.

Watching the punters and kickers warm up while listening to Days Like These is K-State football to me. And you know what? In those moments I did feel like I could change the world.

I had tickets for the Endzone Funzone for several years and would stand in line early so we could get close to the front and slap hands with the players. Then they built that side up so you can't really do that any more.
