I appreciate BAC continually reminding this blog that Joe Biden's DOJ attempted to usurp the guardrails of Democracy in July of 2023 by trying to slam a sweetheart blanket immunity through the court at the behest of the POTUS (who by numerous accounts intimidated and raged out repeatedly on the DOJ as to why this investigation(s) was continuing after being stonewalled for years,and ultimately witness tampered and has repeatedly lied about his son's and his families business dealings and pay to play operations) . . . walking into the courtroom anticipating the court would just rubber stamp the deal, only to get absolutely crushed.

To go further on BAC reminding us that the DOJ has potentially crap all over the guardrails of Democracy is the fact that they (potentially at the behest of the CIA) may have executed a slow roll well enough, that they've run out the clock on a myriad of other investigations and potential additional charges against the Grifters Biden.
