Highlights (that SHE did not mention):
Shalin Spani spoke way too long about how much she loves Deb Patterson, she put a whole new meaning on dragging a speech out. I wish I had that Oscar music playing in the background so she would have hurried the hell up.
Dep Patterson joked about Frank only allowing her to have 45 mins and Bill gave her 55. I wish she wouldn't have talked at all. I can't tell you how many people in the room were yawning
(some because they were just really old, but I am not that old, and she was putting me to sleep.) She said she was shocked about our 'guys' coming within a bucket from the final four.
She also said that she just wants half the attendance of the men's games, she said 6-7,000.
An old baseball coach talked about the Ahearn Fund....this is when I made a couple trips to the pisser and made refills .
Frank was Frank. Amazing. I did ask him about the "Elite Camp" He actually gave kind of a long drawn-out complicated answer that was a bit over my head. You could prob help me out with this one emawgeddon. I suck, I know.
Bill kept it short and sweet. Talked mostly about Elijah Alexander and Dylan. Didnt take a single question, said he didn't know who the starting qb would be, but did say Carson will start practices as #1.
Currie had to leave quick due to his sons baseball game. The main thing I took from his talk was that he hammered it in to everybodys head that we have to fill LHC Bill Snyder Stadium for the UCLA game.... duh
Rodney, Nick, and JoHenro all worked the auction and were adorable, they each spoke briefly. JoHenro said he's going to be an elementary teacher. baller.
