Tax Optimization Idea: Move to Alabama, Keep Embryos in your Freezer

Now that Alabama has deemed frozen embryos to be children, perhaps new avenues to the child tax credits have become available.  I wonder if I can freeze up a batch of a dozen or so children and keep them in my freezer in my home, then claim them on my tax return?  Additionally, I'd like to claim them on the FAFSA and qualify my non-frozen children for Pell Grants.

Downside Risk:  You'd probably need to buy a really good generator (or two?) for power redundancy.  If the power goes out and those children thaw, you could be prosecuted for child endangerment or murder if you didn't meet an acceptable standard of care.

child tax credit is a pretty good one.  I would have no problem getting a high end Kohler
