There is something very off-putting about candidates saying “as your president” or “as president ill” etc.

Maybe off-putting isn’t the word. It’s funny when there are like 15 of them and they’re all doing it.

Now I can’t stop reading it as putting like in golf.

Edit: I only put words in anchors' mouths and I don't think she ever did anchor back then. Reporters write their own ins and outs.
