Come on, man, they cannot, that's crazy talk, we can't either if they wanted to throw a bunch of money at Klein.

Kotelnicki is not likely to go to Iowa because he's more likely to either get a better OC job or head coaching job, but let's not make any mistakes here, Iowa is an infinitely better job than KU. I went back a decade and if their class holds it will be the first time in that decade that they were even within 20 spots of Iowa in the class rankings. The year that Lance took over, KU was literally 100 places behind Iowa in the class rankings. They've been more than 30 places behind Iowa than they've been closer than 30 places.

I don’t know much about the KU football, but if Kotelnikki is a good recruiter, I would guess he has more to do with the success than Lance. If he can hire a good recruiter, he may be a better HC than Lance.

Technically in only one game did someone score 14 first and lose, w/ 2 that finished 10-7 and 12-10, so no one even got there. So I guess it would be accurate to say for 10 of 11 games?

I'm gonna be Rock Hawkeye'ing my ass off in the conference champ game. Would be amazing if they win it.

It's such a love-hate I have with Iowa, maybe it's just a morbid curiosity. I would agree it would be awesome for them to win, but they will get absolutely boat raced (see their Penn State game). And I find them absolutely gutting out wins as satisfying as them getting hung 40+ against an actual team. They are the worst good team there is.

There is no circumstance in which they would have won that Penn State game but if Cade McNamara didn't get knocked out of the game, it wouldn't have been anywhere close to that bad. His backup is an absolutely terrible quarterback, but as the season has gone along, they've game planned much better with him.

Their defense is definitely incredible. And their punter is a master at flipping field position and pinning them deep.
