I am about here tbh. 9-3 while a decent season would feel disappointing. 10-2 seems "right", 11-1 seems possible and 12-0 if all things go right, just unlikely.

I would love to stake a claim to be the only school to win the Big 12 in all it's forms.

They always have a roster that should be pretty good, yet they have only won the Big 12 three times (same amount as K-State).

On paper Texas has looked like the best team in the conference for probably the last three years. Until they execute I think it's fair to assume they won't end up in the championship game.
