Huggs doesn't seem to have a problem hurting the basketball team, athletic department, and hand-picked interim coach at the small chance of a larger settlement.  It seems pretty inconsistent with his "I am an alumnus and love WVU so much" mantra.

My guess is he spent 3 weeks hearing how aggrieved he should be from his family and enablers and has started to view WV much as he does Cincy.  I'll bet he was so upset that he hasn't even been out in public to pick up cans for the homeless, costing them tens of dollars.

Yeah this really puts Eilert in a shitty position. It feels like he's doing this as some kind of a loyalty litmus test for the people still around the program. The part where the attorney outlined what was said in the meeting with the players and staff seemed particularly icky to me.
