-Touissant and Wague both high on the cats, sounds like tang had been talking to them immediately after they entered portal
-They visited MHK and loved the crap out of it, Wague committed in person to the staff, Touissant wanted to but didn't
-For Wague, it appears Bama continued to throw NIL offers his way and he was convinced (by himself, or with involvement of "handlers", who knows) to take a visit like immediately after he left MHK
-For Touissant, cats were his favorite and he wanted to commit but he had a (significantly?) higher NIL offer from Tech and chose to take it

tl;dr cats didn't match NIL offers and this received 10x more attention than it would have at any other time of the year
