Ward is a RB coach that has spent most of his career in IL and wants to get the IL state employee pension. Also his replacement is likely better.

I didn't know about the pension thing. I still think my point stands though

Unless I missed it, no extensions/adjustments have been announced for anyone yet so I assume it's all in the works now.
