I don't know what a UP does in their day-to-day but this seems like a fringe case that doesn't necessarily indicate how well they would do everything else. (I could be wrong! And it certainly doesn't inspire confidence)
Well I know he represents the entire university on a bunch of important stuff.
The things he mumped up in this case aren’t unique to basketball.
1. Failing to work collaboratively with other important decision makers (if you believe the rumors)
2. Failing to appropriately message the decision made (regardless of rumor)
3. Failing to take any accountability for his role in the process (he still hasn’t said what the hell he actually did or didn’t do)
4. Lack of transparency overall
