d00ds, we are kidding ourselves if we say we are not going to miss anything about playing these guys.  I know the thread title says fans, so this doesn't really count but I'm including it anyway: Dan Hawkins picture threads.  JFC, those are outstanding.

We've got enough reporters on the ground here to keep the Hawk updates/pic threads alive. He is getting ready to leave within the next year or two anyways (to C-USA). BTW he was sad about leaving rivalries like KSU behind (hence second pic).

Saw Scottie McKnight getting interviewed about the CU to Pac 10 stuff.  The interviewer asked him if he felt that the Pac 10  was a better fit and Scottie was all, "Yah bro, mos. def. I mean we don't really vibe with this whole midwestern scene, plus I'm from Cali and I'm sure I would have loved making roadies out there instead of to Iowa and Kansas"

They really are too good for us, sports aren't really important, when you are as cool as CU they are just a diversion/ light entertainment.

I won't miss CU fans at all because BigCat is one.   :jerk:

Nubb fans: classiest fan base in America.  Also will miss them leaving in droves 5:00 into the 3rd quarter in 2003.   :pbj:

I'm a CU fan but grew up in KS so I've only started trying the total eliteness/CO thing on for size. Feels good. Even though like 90% of Denver/CO folks (850 KOA poll) are psyched about the move to the Pac-10, I do have to wonder how they will feel being with their equals instead of ppl they can easily turn their nose up at. They have already started making jokes about the state of Arizona (which CO boycotted) and OSU/WSU though, so I guess they're fine.

I hope my happiness/eliteness stays intact.
