can confirm that wait times for neurologists are really long. Much longer over the past two years. This really sucks because people experiencing neurological issues don’t usually like waiting weeks or months for answers/ treatment.

What's causing the imbalance in supply and demand on brain docs?  I assume it's on the supply side and not some anomaly on demand.

Not 100% sure but medical students who are interested in an internal medical subspeciality often look for one that has interesting well-compensated procedures -- eg cardiologists putting in heart stents and Watchman devices or GI doctors doing colonoscopies and ERCPs. Neurologists do some procedures like nerve conduction testing and sleep studies but isn't on the same scale as others. Just my $0.02. Some midlevel providers (PA, APRN) are taking on some of the patients -- which is fine for someone who needs help finding the best combination of medications to control migraines or is doing well on their seizure prevention meds but if you are wondering if the new, strange neurologic symptoms you are having are due to the start of MS for example, you really want to see an MD neurologist.

Kamala Harris has once again reaffirmed her agreement with Dick/Liz Cheney approved foreign policy.

Is there any evidence that touring with Liz Cheney is going to win a single vote? I'm not even talking about net. I am asking is there a single person that will be inspired by seeing Liz Cheney and Kamala Harris together that was not already voting for Kamala?

I know we can never truly know what is in another's heart, but even knowing how broken and disgusting Dick Cheney's heart is he had already declared his support. Was his support contingent upon Liz getting some speeches? Only inspires more questions than answers.
