Internet is already saying that “source” says Joe has a cold.

Joe isn’t going to quit. They will ride the “cold” all the way.

Who can sub in? Newsome? Obviously, my dream would be Pete.

I don't think it will be a good, healthy or easy process. It may well not work! But we know Joe won't work.

Anyone that watched more than a few minutes would not hire Joe Biden to do anything and would wish him the best at living out his last days in a calm loving environment.

I did remark that he looked physically ill.

The arguing over golf handicaps made me keenly aware that this debate should have been happening in a nursing home.

Can we just not have a president? Perhaps a return to the Articles of Confederation?

I've been watching The Sopranos, so this hit my mind's ear a certain way.

I didn't watch, but I don't think a single, horrible debate in June will have much affect on Biden's chances in November.

Are we now officially to the point of the individual running for president being of no consequence? Republican voters are obviously OK with anything, surely the Democrats are as well.

In the long run (maybe the long, long run) we may find it was a blessing that Americans moved  away from celebrating the president as a person and moved toward focusing on the platform.

Anybody who thinks that old racist pedophile grifter is running this country is a giant derp and if you’re associated with Kansas State University, please Tim Weiser yourself and disassociate immediately.

Knowing who is likely controlling that guy makes it easy to understand why there’s the most global conflict since WWII and why Iran has strong proxy armies across the Middle East.

Dax, do you believe the Project 2025 stuff and that Trump will let them in to administer it?

I too am interested in Dax’s thoughts on this.

And Dax, you know that I make frequent and consistent attempts to deal fairly with you in the Pit.

I’m personally not too worried about some portions of the Project 2025 stuff.  For example, I think gutting federal agencies and reducing their power might have some silver linings that both the right and left wouldn’t expect.

The religious horse crap can GTFO tho.

I don't know all that much about it, but I have acquaintances and family who work in Federal Gov and the ranks are swelled with absolute whack-a-doo #blueanon, and of course we saw that again and again when various agency video conference recordings were released and the paper pushers were revealed to be raged up #blueanon nutjobs

Hey the good news for you guys about last night is that somebody like Gav "California Trudeau" Newsom is going to step in and you'll get the younger socialist you've always wanted

Edit: Even better knowing that Gav is 1000% controlled by megacorps as is the whole of the Democratic Party in California . . . and the Democratic Party in general for that matter.

Gav stood in front of that white board (or similar) some years ago and said he was going to have California homelessness fixed by . . .  2018

Dax, as someone with a gay loved one posting to someone else with a gay daughter, I recommend you take the time to familiarize yourself with the Project 2025 stuff.

Again, the Trump sphere has already said they will be allowing this crew in.

If that is even half true, you owe it to yourself to actually get acquainted with that material and how the political folks are reacting to it and see if it is more important to play the Hunter game or start paying attention to other, possibly more important things, respectfully.

I tend to find that the #bluanon mindset, okay, I don't "tend", we all know that the #blueanon mindset is that you have to agree with what #blueanon wants 100% of the time, acquiesce to #blueanon 100% of the time etc. etc. Or #blueanon losses its mind and goes into insane whackadoo hyperbolic vitriol mode.

It is absolutely undeniable that the ranks of our bureaucracy are swelled with #blueanon whackadoos attempting to propagate their insane agenda that is not in keeping with the majority of Americans.

Edit - Now if it gets into the domain of what say Sam Brownback was trying to foist on Kansans via public servants . .  and the public servants personal attitudes and beliefs, and whether they would or would not act as public servants for all members of their constituency, then yes, I will say something and be against it and vote against it.

I have never voted a straight line ballot in my entire voting life, BTW
