2024 Presidential Race

I don’t know why that’s for me, but listening to Rep OxyGin back this likely KH nomination and rage out on Trump over the next few months is going to be glorious.

The Pubs just need to keep playing the video of her admitting she mumped up on J6 over and over again.

The video she lost her mind about when it was finally revealed.

To me this would be like if mccain won and dropped out after one term and sarah palin became the nominee
Great analogy.

To me, personally, it would also be like if literally any one term president dropped out and their VP became the nominee.

There’s a few more layers to this, but I guess?

bitches, right?

I have not watched much Fox News but am tonight but it is wild seeing them all talk about the "media" and that does not include them. They didn't even label it "left wing media", just "media".

MIR and cRusty are going to be an absolute treat over the next few months . . .

I'm going to have to find the time to watch/read this as well.  Popping in over the last several months has in itself has been glorious but this will be pure gold.  I'm sure Mcat felt bad for Biden's covid and was happy that he was self isolating even though his realm was in danger.
The greatest part is going to be those two and the rest of #blueanongE rolling in on all criticism of KH’s policy positions, history as a leader of incarceration nation, overcompensating with virtue signaling and talking abject nonsense . . . as being racist.

I know I shouldn't respond here and I won't after this but acting like progressives not liking Kamala because she's a cop and maga calling her a DEI hire, hoe, etc. are the same, is insane. If maga could get past their burning racism, poor Usha Vance, and just stuck to her policy positions, it would absolutely would help them, unfortunately they only see a woman of color and that will be the sole focus.

It ingrains the viewpoint that they are the "people" watching this all unfold. They definitely don't want to be portrayed as that, they want you to believe they're just like you, some smuck yucking it up with their buddies after work. It's surprisingly effective

Her color isn’t a focus at all. Her rambling nonsensical non answers to every issue are an issue and her total failure as point person for the border are an issue. To the point that your usuals are working quadruple time to distance her from the border.

Only single lane monolithic race only thinkers like you are focused on her race. Which is 1000#% onbrand. Someone that 99.99% of pubs have never heard of does not qualify as someone focusing on her race relative to the big picture.

Idk, but this might be the winds changing. I think literally everyone, even the hardest core maga was over trump v Biden 2.0. this breathes new life. So idk about destroying, but it's now a completely different ballgame.

I mean the data doesn't support that but hopefully that's true

The fundraising data supports it, and the rest of the data will look a whole lot better after a few days of this news cycle. Plus the DNC is going to get a lot of viewers.

Joe putting America first is not surprising. He hasn't been perfect but I think Biden served his country well.
Yes, without a doubt. Our economy has never been in a better place. He’s too old to govern and has been for a decade but really did well.

Also watching Hannity and his leading talking point is all these Dems knew Joe was in cognitive decline and didn't say anything until things got bad and so you can't trust Democrats

i have lots of problems with biden-era dems, but dems being able to jettison their unfit nominee when pubs abjectly failed to do the same from 2015 through the present is a strong reason to favor dems.
Yeah.  The Trump episode is a bit different because he was actually won the primaries.  “Jettisoning” him would’ve been contrary to, at least a plurality of the base.  Biden also stepped down with at least some level of voluntariness (weird word).  But kudos to the dems for figuring out a way to make it happen.

We should get rid of primaries and go back to the parties choosing the main options.  Let non-chosen people run independent if they want.  The primary system (as it’s currently structured) is insane anyway.
