What does it say about her as a person that she accepted a nomination that she didn’t earn?

My guess is that it says nothing. However, perhaps history will be the judge.

About 90 days out. If you are advising Harris, what do you have her do?

Politics are rigged and it's stupid to care about something that doesn't change anything.

Let's talk strategy. You telling her to pick a fight and get him to debate?  Stay out of the public eye and just let him and JD hang themselves?

I think a debate is Trump's best chance to make up ground and possibly win the election. It probably doesn't help him much, but there's always a chance that Kamala goes out and bombs or something.

You could argue that the turnaround she orchestrated in the last week warrants earning the nomination when that time comes.

I mean, you probably couldn't, but a rational person could.

Make hilarious memes mocking Trump for being a total psycho.
Debate Trump. Seem likable and normal while simultaneously humiliating Trump.
Try to put out some centrist vibes.

If I'm the Trump campaign, I relentlessly focus on tying her to all of the left wing / San Francisco / California things (junkies pooping on sidewalks, inflation, environmental regulations, tampons in boys bathrooms, high gas prices, failed border policy) that terrify people in the middle of the US.

Their strategy of calling Trump and JD weird seems to be pretty effective with young voters.

Maybe, but if you can't beat current Trump in a debate, you deserve to lose. Just answer the questions and be quiet and just wait for him to go off on a tangent and don't say a word. Then when they come back to you just say, "well, that was terrifying and not true.... and by the way, he didn't even remotely answer the question you asked". You can literally just do this for the entire debate.

Shouldn't be that hard to flip the June 27 script on Trump.

When does she have to name a VP?

Last day of the DNC convention is August 22nd, so I guess either that day or the day before at the latest.

She has already gained a lot of polling ground.  She should not name anyone until she has to.  The later the better.  She can have friendly folks leak names to see which gets the most favorable reaction, then make the most informed decision possible for the biggest impact possible the end of August.

If she gets as many votes as Biden received in 2020 that will answer the question, I suppose.

Right, I would imagine a ton of politicians, and even a ton of people in leadership roles regardless could do much better than trump at a debate. Just gotta do it.

My Kamala strat; keep it short and sweet. Dont talk so much. It’s not a strength.

1. Abortion, abortion, abortion. Women, women, women.

2. Trump is bad scary man. Trump is felon.

3. Preach momentum, “the movement,” other vague pros.

4. Avoid debating Trump.

5. Let media spin you up.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Agreed, if KH can actually make a point and not sound like a weirdly awkward insane drunk person like she normally does. She could do well in a debate.

She just another moment yesterday that super computers are still trying to decrypt

Also, I  think the dems and the dem media seem to be high-stepping prematurely here for a person who was an Always Save tier candidate in 2020. Like, what’s changed from the gal who was a front runner from the outset and basically nose-dived immediately?

I mean, it’s politics, so I guess faking it until you make it makes sense.
