I remember Nashville artists weren't super fond of Shania. Like an outsider that wasn't country enough or something. Is that why she's missing from this thread?

She's lives in pussy countries like Canada and Switzerland and was married to the guy who produced a bunch of rock albums so therefore her music can only be considered like bro (sis?) country. But I think mainly her critics and haters are jealous of how smokin' hot she is.

Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, and the Queen of 90s country Reba have also not been mentioned yet. Plenty of major male singers/bands not mentioned yet either. I could post about 50 pages worth of great 90s country songs and still not have listed them all.

I had a whole folder of 90s country CDs from Colombia House I had earned by mowing lawns. Left it on a house boat on Texhoma during a family vacation. Still stings to this day.

1. Tom nailed the "new Orleans plane random country song"..."barbecue stain on my white Tshirt, she was killing me in them mini boots " is how I remember that song.

2. My next door neighbor and bff from like 1-5th grade had a calic on his head and we always called it a tornado. I distinctly remember hearing this song, calling his home phone and leaving a 1 minute vm of me holding my phone to the speaker.
