Total extent  of Ron’s military expeditions: Unarmed Marines in Beirut, a bombing run over Libya, invading Granada.

First world countries would be China and Russia.

You would need to add any country getting the equivilant of $300 billion (and counting) in direct military assistance, as well as being granted access to every level of intelligence resources, mission planning, training, spaced based technology, and copious levels of logistics and related support from first world nations.
