Were writing white papers and driving internal policy about confrontation with and encirclement of Russia starting in the 90's.
Just because #neocongE doesn't understand or weren't aware of this, doesn't make it any less of a factual reality.
#neocongE also forgets that their hero Barry Obama actually worked with the Russians a little on taking on ISIS in Syria . . . even though the U.S. helped create the power vacuum in Syria which in turn enabled ISIS to substantially expand its so called caliphate. Barry also laid it out pretty clearly that Ukraine was not in the vital strategic interests of the United States, which pissed off everybody from the #neocons that #neocongE love/loved like John McCain and of course the #neocons at State and the DOD and points beyond that #neocongE doesn't know about.
#neocongE never seems to want to know why our crap for Brains President got so immersed in a place like Ukraine both politically and with Biden Family Inc. (to the point that internal memos were flowing during the Obama administration regarding WTF the Biden's were doing there. Edit-Not that long after Hillary was told to cool it with the Russians and others regarding the CF . . . and she still went ahead and did stuff anyway with the CF and foreign donors and that pissed off Barry a lot).
