Let’s be honest, Dax. The Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Bill Kristol, foreign policy works. The proof is in the (blood) puddin’
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

#neocongE - Oh but ya see, we all know Putin woke up one day about eight months ago and decided to invade Ukraine, ya see . . .

@sonofdaxjones, do you remember the Biden admin warning that putin was about to invade and you said they were lying warmongers and then putin invaded exactly like they warned? I'm sure you do, so why are you constantly making up fiction like this post?

I said they were lying war mongers?

I do recall the administration saying that sanctions would stop Putin.

Regardless, it’s good to see that once again you lack the depth to discuss the rest of my post.

Edit: I have no earthly idea what StarBot.7’s post has to do with the multi decade buildup to this war.

LOL at everything after this.

Only one post has something to do with the actual process of invasion.

This little flurry is akin to #neocongE hoisting the Mission Accomplished banner while wearing a flight suit.

It’s been a fantastic observation watching alleged progressives morph into #neocons fully on board with perpetual war.

In this case they’re extremely angst laden about the possibility of their guy Joe taking another L in one of Joe and family’s major profit centers.

So they’re lashing out.

It’s very sad

Someone doesn’t understand the concept of perpetual war.

Lick I know you like the rest of #neocongE don’t get nuance and detail.

But I’m don’t bitch about ending the US engagement in Afghanistan.

I discuss the triple decker dump Joe put on our allies.

The outright lies Joe and our military told about conditions in that country and the fact that billions of dollars of weapons were left for the Taliban.

For real if Russia could just accept their status as a former super power that is now just a mid-tier country and decided to be friendly with the west, they may actually improve their status and the lives of their people.

The neocons - Wolfowitz, Kagan etc. etc.

Were writing white papers and driving internal policy about confrontation with and encirclement of Russia starting in the 90's.

Just because #neocongE doesn't understand or weren't aware of this, doesn't make it any less of a factual reality.

#neocongE also forgets that their hero Barry Obama actually worked with the Russians a little on taking on ISIS in Syria . . . even though the U.S. helped create the power vacuum in Syria which in turn enabled ISIS to substantially expand its so called caliphate.   Barry also laid it out pretty clearly that Ukraine was not in the vital strategic interests of the United States, which pissed off everybody from the #neocons that #neocongE love/loved like John McCain and of course the #neocons at State and the DOD and points beyond that #neocongE doesn't know about.

#neocongE never seems to want to know why our crap for Brains President got so immersed in a place like Ukraine both politically and with Biden Family Inc.  (to the point that internal memos were flowing during the Obama administration regarding WTF the Biden's were doing there.  Edit-Not that long after Hillary was told to cool it with the Russians and others regarding the CF . . . and she still went ahead and did stuff anyway with the CF and foreign donors and that pissed off Barry a lot).

Everyone is a 100% aware of our designs on F'ing the russians.  Everyone knows we used their dumbasses to rough up Isis when it suited us under the guise of fighting terror/christian nations (lol they bought it).

Not everyone could forsee we would be so incredibly successful that russia would plunge into a conflict that they are bleeding out in and their only supporter is....checks notes...the Islamic Republic of iran.

The question is why didn't brilliant strategist Putin know he was being baited into this move and it would literally blow up in his face to the extent he is kidnapping and grooming kids, teaming up with a devout islamic regime and getting ready to detonate a dirty bomb on his own populace while any russian with 2 rubles to rub together is streaming across his borders into any country they can find?

They've taken 20% of Ukraine.

Right now the only people doing any real fighting on behalf of Ukraine, aren't Ukrainians.

The rest of your post is just bullshit propaganda to keep total derps engaged and behind the blank check to fuel this war.

My gawd even #blueanon favorite Gen James "Theranos" Mattis admitted that the US DOD had no proof that Syria used chemical weapons, yet total derps believed and still believe that they did.  So Russia is fully aware of the kind of propaganda the West is capable of putting out there and that derp ass mush brains will believe it all.

I am playing the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare that just came out. It’s not terribly up to date. None of the factions get screaming piss drunk and steal convection ovens, for example.
